Returns

Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to return a product due to shipping damage and/or any other type of issue. Please make sure to keep the original packaging the product came in!!!!

Choppers Cycle stands 100% behind our customers and we will work with you to overcome any and all problems!

Please note that when ordering online, it is the buyer's responsibility to know their motorcycle and to make 100% sure of the fitment of parts / accessories you purchase. Please verify from the manufacturers labeling and installation instructions that you have the correct part before installing!! If you are not sure, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you!!

Restocking Fee may be charged if item cannot be resold as "new" without all original packaging. With the exception of Windshield purchases. Please refer to Windshield Returns page for details.
 

Installed or used parts will not be accepted as returned except for in the case of manufacturer defects.

Buyer Satisfaction is provided by:

  •          All returns accepted with return authorization via email.
  •          Buyer should contact us within 14 Days after receiving the item.
  •          Refund given as Money Back via Paypal.
  •          Return shipping will be paid by buyer.
RMA AUTHORIZATION PROCEDURE:
Please email us with all details including listing number, part number and year/make/model of your motorcycle. Explain the issue clearly with details and pictures if able. We will email you with the return address for the shipment.
Return item with:
ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING
The RMA # written clearly on the return shipping label ONLY ~ not on packaging!!
A copy of your packing list or invoice.

If the item is being returned due to seller error, the buyer will receive a full refund, including the cost of return shipping after receipt and verification of the item. In the case of original combined shipping, the amount refunded is limited to the current standard ground rate USPS or UPS for the item.

WARRANTY:
If you have any warranty issues, contact us first. We will work to get a resolution for you with the manufacturer of the item.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:
Customer is responsible for all back and forth shipping and brokerage charges for returns or exchanges.
INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY:
For warranty claims please contact Choppers Cycle at esales@chopperscycle.com .  Choppers Cycle will assist international customers with warranty claims, items may need to be shipped to the U.S. for inspection or repair. The customer will be responsible for these additional back and forth shipping charges.
