ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed on the SAME business day if they are receive BEFORE 2pm (PST). If an order is received AFTER 2pm (PST), it will be processed on the NEXT business day (we are closed Saturday and Sunday). All Items may not be in stock at the time of your order. Your order and its selected shipping method are processed once the item is in stock at our shipping/ordering facility. Some items are shipped from an external warehouse, and may take up to 2 weeks to arrive to you.

The following charges apply for the continental 48 States. Shipping costs to Alaska , Hawaii and Puerto Rico are based on the weight and size of the package (contact us for a quote).

If you would like to have your order Expedited, with blue or red label, make sure to specify this in your order notes. It is also recommended that you call to verify your order Shipping total, and that it is Possible to have your order expedited.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

United States Postal Service Global Express - Most International orders are shipped by USPS GLOBAL EXPRESS, as All Items we send overseas require a Tracking Number for Order Protection. (Contact us for a quote).

How do I know the cost of international shipping? If you wish to know the cost of sending an international order, please place the order using our online order form, we will email you the shipping cost within 1 business day. Please check your email – customers who do not respond within 7 days will have the order cancelled. Once we receive your email or phone approval we will ship your order.

How are shipping rates calculated? Shipping rates are calculated based on actual and dimensional weights. Dimensional weight is determined by using the International Air Transportation Association (IATA) volumetric standard. We attempt to keep the package size to a minimum when possible.

How can I pay for my international orders? Choppers Cycle is unable to send any order C.O.D. on international orders. Payment due must be received by Visa, MasterCard, wire transfers or money orders in U.S. funds at time of placing order. For details for wire transfers please email micheleo@chopperscycle.com. Your order will be shipped once payment has been received. *We reserve the right to cancel any credit order and request payment in advance.

Canadian customers All Canadian orders are shipped UPS (United Parcel Service) Standard to Canada . We WILL NOT SHIP via USPS postal service. This is due to delays in customs, damage and lost goods. The customer is responsible for all additional fees imposed by the Canadian government.

Shipping to APO / FPO Alaska, Hawaii and Canada These orders (APO/FPO, Hawaii and Alaska ) are shipped via insured United States Postal Service Priority Mail.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, WE DO NOT AND CANNOT DECLARE THE VALUE OF A PACKAGE FOR LESS THAN ITS ACTUAL VALUE OR MARK IT AS A 'GIFT'. ALL TAXES, DUTIES, CUSTOMS FEES, ETC ARE THE SOLE RESPOSIBILITY OF THE BUYER AND IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL.


CANCELLATION POLICY
All of are parts are Special Order. It is important that you are sure that the part you are ordering is the part you need. We have a one hour grace period for canceling orders, or order mistakes. You have 1 hour after you place an order to call us at 1-831-635-9698 to get a cancellation confirmation number. Only orders with a Cancellation Conformation Number are cancelled.


RETURN POLICY

All parts are considered Special Order. This means there are only two options that will warrant our review of a product. We will not issue an RMA or offer an exchange on parts unless the parts were received damaged before shipping or incorrect parts shipped to you as the result of our error. It is important that you are sure that the part you are ordering is the part you need. You are responsible for all fitment concerns. If you have any questions about what is described, how many you should order of a given part, or the choice between several part numbers, please contact us before you place your order. You can call us at 1-831-635-9698 or contact us through our helpdesk for information. We review each product before we ship them out to ensure the highest level of care is taken while processing your order.

Please verify within 24 hours that the part(s) you received is correct and undamaged. If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within 1 business day to document the problem.

All returns must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization (R.M.A.). To obtain an R.M.A., please contact us at 1-831-635-9698. Please write the number and address we provide on the package so it can be processed properly. Items must be returned in their original packaging and include all original hardware, instructions, etc. Make sure to package the items carefully so they do not suffer any further damage while in transit back to Choppers Cycle. There is no refund on shipping.

Used and damaged parts: Any part which, after our review, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or shipping by you, the customer, will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration. We will send the items back to you freight collect. If we determine that the part was shipped to you in error or the part was damaged before shipping, we will exchange or refund the part at our discretion. We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of 20% if we agree to take something back that's not listed under the appropriate RMA polices listed here.

All returns must be sent freight pre-paid. No collect and/or COD shipments will be accepted. We suggest shipping the RMA using UPS or USPS. Please insure the returned part for its full value to protect you against loss. Items must be returned in the same condition as new for refund. If you install the part and then remove it, it is no longer new and we will not issue an RMA. All returns must be pre-authorized. Any return that does not have an RMA associated with will be refused.

We are unable to accept returns on any electrical parts, engines, frames, transmissions, tires, and front ends. These items are all considered for custom applications regardless of fitment.

Any and/or all warranties explicit or implied are only valid through the manufacturer of said parts. You must contact the manufacturer for warranty issues.

The issuing of and/or the review of an RMA does not guarantee or imply that a refund or credit will be issued. It just means we'll take a look at what happened and try to make it right as best as we see fit. We're not heartless robots so each RMA will be handled with the utmost professionalism and care.


WARRANTY POLICY

We honor all warranty claims according to each manufacturer’s policy. Since we sell products from literally hundreds of manufacturers, it is impossible to list them all separately here. If you wish to know the warranty policy for any particular part before placing your order, please ask any of our customer service representatives.

There is no warranty on exhaust pipes and mufflers with regard to any discoloration. Bluing or discoloration is caused by tuning characteristics, cam timing, carburetor jetting, overheating, and so forth, and is NOT caused by defective manufacturing. Once you have started your motorcycle, there is no refund on exhaust pipes and mufflers, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
