Engine Assemblies Harley-Davidson Parts and Harley Accessories All-new engines from ‘The Driveline Company’ (also known as TDC). These V-twin engines are available in three sizes – 99", 115" and 125" with three finishes – polished, black and chrome, or natural. They’re ‘assembled in America,’ and have many upgrades over other traditional V-twins. All three sizes feature increased fin areas on the cylinders and heads, and oil squirter jets under the pistons, for maximum temperature control and long engine life. The traditional breather system with gear has a long-proven track record, so it was decided that “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.”

These new assemblies will easily replace all 1984–1999 Evolution-style engines. The specially-designed ‘D’-shaped intake and manifold ports provide exceptional controlled air flow, and the 45mm Mikuni carburetor will easily provide enough fuel for all three engine sizes.

TDC started with a clean sheet when designing all the parts and tooling needed to bring this new program to life. Extreme attention to detail for the cases, heads, crankshaft and cylinders was employed to bring together the special styling, amazing reliability and “unreal” seat of the pants “torque” for this new product line. Matching transmissions are also available.
