Chopper Guys Mega Drive 2300 Swingarm Frame

Constructed with 1 1/8 inch main frame rails for a beefier look, and designed to use a 230 to 240-series tire mounted on a 7 inch to 8 1/2 inch rim with a 1 1/2 inch wide belt. The rear suspension geometry has been modified to lower the bike 1inch from the stock height while maintaining proper belt tension throughout the swingarms travel while still providing 3 inch to 3 1/2 inch of rear suspension. The swingarm uses 11 inch long shocks (stock length for 1989 thru 1999 models) and has an integral rock guard and axis tube, as well as billet axle plates. A 1 inch diameter rear axle is included and requires the use of a wheel with 1 inch bearings as well as a custom rear brake caliper and bracket assembly. Chrome buttonhead pivot bolts, spacers and bearings are also included. The engine is offset 5/8 inch while the transmission is offset 1 5/8 inch using a Chopper Guys billet tranny plate (included) which accepts 5 and 6-speed transmissions. Features flatside tank mounts that are located in the stock position to permit the use of most production stretch tanks.
